范琼英生於1987年1月16日在Liege(比利时)，父母都是越南人,Pham Quynh Anh是移居海外越南人的第二代，这样的环境造就了她独特的风格，优美、感伤，又不乏东方传统的纯朴优雅，同时具有法国的浪漫与魅力。Marc Lavoine 还曾专门为她写过一首歌，叫《Bonjour Vietnam》.她的嗓音柔美干净.
